Hi Cornelius:

In most instances when you are applying to a US institution and to a lesser
degree employers in the private sector, they only accept official
evaluations from certified educational credentials evaluators. They can be
pretty pricey; at least that is what they were when I went through this
whole "Spiel" back in the early nineties.

If you run a search on any search engine for : "educational credentials
evaluators", you will get a decent selection of options.

Hope this helps.

Tom
