Please join us this Thursday when we will hear from interesting and diverse presenters.
First, Thomas Gehring of TransitStudio will discuss TransitStudio's design philosophy and the difference between art and design. He'll provide us with some guidelines on how to understand and judge graphic design and will present the new graphic identity TransitStudio designed for Club Entrepreneur.
Next, we will hear from the Swiss Team and the organizers of the World Rink Hockey Championship which will be held in San Jose from August 6th - August 13th. The Swiss team is one of the top 16 in the world who will participate in this event.
Finally, we will hear from Club Entrepreneur.

Thomas provides integrated design services and has worked for clients ranging from individual performers to Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox, 3Com, Charles Schwab, and Vodafone. His recent work includes corporate identity, steyle guide, product identity, branding, packaging and screen design for a new medical device. He's been a Senior designer at Razorfish, a designer at Studio Archtype, now Sapient Corp, and has taught design in the Bay Area. His degree with honors in Graphic and Packing Design is from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
