Room available 12/29/1999 in a beautiful, immaculate 3
bedroom/2 bath house
in a very nice, quiet Sunnyvale neighborhood (near
Ponderosa Park).
The room is unfurnished and approximately 14'x10' with
a large sliding closet.
The house includes a large family room, living room,
dining area and
large kitchen (all furnished).
An attached double garage provides ample storage
and/or parking.
There is a front and back yard with trees, including
an orange tree
(the oranges are almost ready to be picked). In summer
it is perfect
for BBQs or simply to relax (very quiet). A gardener
is included in the rent.
Both the other roommate and myself are in their late
twenties,
friendly and active. The third roommate decided to
move back to
France, so we are looking for someone to move into her
room in the beginning
of January.
