Hello "Swiss-List" members!
I'm both Swiss and American and I grew up in both countries. I am
currently living in Munich, Germany but have decided to relocate to San
Francisco, arriving on 28 Feb. 1999. I wouldn't say that I am a pure
scientist, but I have been working many years in engineering and marketing
for Analog Devices, both in the Boston area and now in Munich.

Feel free to have a look at my draft resume (CV) by clicking on the URL in
my .signature file at the end of this email.

I look forward to living in the SF area and meeting fellow Swiss there. I
have also been active in the Swiss Society in Boston in the past, including
in the 700th Anniversary Committee.

As usual, when moving to a new place, I will be looking for contacts,
advice, and several material things and perhaps one of you who read this
email might have some practical suggestions for me. Here's a list of
things I'm keeping my eyes and ears open for:

1) people who enjoy to ski-tour, rock climb, scuba dive, and/or fly
2) need to purchase used file cabinets and desk/table (business) and used
furniture (home)
3) looking for a 1-BR apt in SF with parking (possibly: live-in work space
.. warehouse/loft)
4) contacts within nearby wireless telecommunications companies for
employment
5) Christian, bible-believing, slightly evangelical church with
cosmopolitan membership
6) safe, self-storage shed rental
7) thick metal, round style, large authentic Swiss cow bell

Any hints?

Many kind thanks in advance,
Chris Cavigioli
