"Small Country - Big Ideas: Innovation made in Switzerland"

 

Please join us on this unique occasion to listen to a keynote speech by Swiss
Federal Councillor Pascal Couchepin and to meet a delegation of high-level
Swiss dignitaries.

 

On Thursday May 27th at 6:30pm

At Consulate of Switzerland, SHARE

 

As part of an official visit to the Boston area, Federal Councillor Pascal
Couchepin, the minister of Education and Research as well as Health and Human
Services and Culture, will share his thoughts on the opportunities and
challenges facing Switzerland as it continues to compete for a position among
the leading knowledge and technology-driven countries. A reception will follow
this talk.

 

The delegation accompanying Minister Couchepin is composed of:

 

* State Secretary Charles Kleiber
* State Councillor Isabelle Chassot, (Fribourg)
* State Councillor Anne-Catherine Lyon (Vaud)
* State Councillor Carlo Conti (Basel)
* State Councillor Hans Ulrich Stöckling (St-Gallen)
* Thomas Zeltner, executive director of the Federal Office of Public Health
* Patrick Aebischer, president of EPFL
* Peter Suter, vice-rector of University of Geneva
