I traveled a couple of years ago with my cat without problems to CH. It needed proper vaccination (rabbies) and a recent health certificate (no older than 10 days) from a vet.
However if you plan to transit through Italy or Germany, stricter laws are in place. You might want to check with your airline. It will have to be "Swiss" all other airline will have you transit through their home country. They allow in the cabin one or two pets - so reserve your spot early.
