I am Swiss, working in Switzerland and pay taxes in
Switzerland. I might receive stock options issued
from a company in CA, USA. Does anybody know if it
makes sense to file the 83(b) election ?

For people who pay taxes in the US this is highly
recommended, but I am not sure if I should to do
this.
