You might have to do this in two steps. It appears that you are domiciled in
the US, which would mean that you should be able to use the US courts and
therefore you should be able to get a judgment here. However, to enforce the
judgment (if the biological father does not comply with the judgment) you would
have to go to an attorney in CH.
Where to go? There are some non-profit agencies in Las Vegas. Check-out the
Yellow Pages and look under legal aid. I recommend to look for a good Family
law attorney who is specialized in this area of law (again you should be able
to get names from the yellow pages).
