Hi all,
I'm subleting my room in Manhattan for the month of August (some
flexibility).
It's a decent size room with king size loft bed. Located 3 blocks away from
Times Square on the Westside. Perfect for someone who wants to explore New
York for a month but doesn't want to spent so much for hotels.
It's a duplex appartment and it comes with a very nice roof deck from which
you can see the New York Skyline (which is very unusual being in Manhattan).
There are 3 roommates which are very nice and easy to get along with. And
there is a dog which is very nice, too. And believe me, I usualy don't like
dogs so much but this one is really OK.
The person interested should be respectful with others property and privacy.
The deal is 1200.- all inclusive.
