A good solution for any electrical equipment, that you would like to move
with you and that doesn't have the right voltage, is to buy a transformer
for both step-up and step-down voltages. Check for instance these two

I have bought three different transformers from starkelectronic, they are
safe and very good (of course maybe not as good in quality as transformers
made in Switzerland ...!). You can get a 1000W step-up and step-down
transformer for roughly $60.00
