Hi,

I am a Swiss/US dual citizen living in the US for 15 years and NOT member of
the voluntary AHV. I pay all taxes and SS in the US. I am contemplating doing
consulting work for an employer in Switzerland. Will this Swiss employer have
to deduct AHV from my consulting fee, although I am not contributing to AHV
myself at the moment?
