Dear all,

 

I have a question for you about job restrictions related to the H-1B visa.

 

I've been working in the US for the last four years under the H-1B visa.
Now, I would have the opportunity to do some consulting outside my regular
job and was wondering whether there would be any way of getting paid for
that.

Am I allowed to have more than 1 employer?

Can I receive any salary outside my regular appointment?

If not, is there any other form of payment that I could envisage in my
situation?

 

I would very much appreciate if anyone could suggest me the best way to go
for this.
