Dear Patrick,

Please have a look at the following excellent website, which explains
the whole process and the pitfalls... On the message board, you can
find detailed info on many companies, if they are bad, or good, etc.
The main argument is: do not request for an online estimate, have
somebody come and see your stuff. And even there, be aware that even
professionals recommended by the website below gave a factor of 2
estimate in volume...
