Hello,
My girlfriend and I have a J1 visa. Mine will expire in about 6 months and my girlfriend's in about 2 years. In the case we marry, I would like to know if I have to wait my J1 visa to expire before asking the J2 or if I can do it now. And if I do, will my working permit be cancelled?
