* Roundtable: The Ins and Outs of Alumni Organizations
Although an established American model, alumni organizations exist in Europe
as well. Still the many stakeholders have various interests. With the change
of guard at the alumni organizations of the ETH Zürich and EPF Lausanne
opportunities arise to develop and mold this tool - beyond the role models.
What are the key assets of alumni networks? What services do current
organizations offer? What services should they offer, what have they tried
and did not work?

* Roundtable: Brain-Drain: Bye-bye talent and how to get it back
State-funded talent leaves the home country to pursue academic research or
careers abroad. Not all return to their home country. Do we simply export

people and economically)? What instruments and organizations help returning,
why and how? What are the key considerations and milestones in an ex-pat
career path?
* Roundtable: Knowledge Sharing within Companies: From dis- to functional
After the reality of globalization set in, companies find that in-house
knowledge rests with the individual people and not with the organization.
What real world issues do exist in truly global companies? What solutions
have been found to mobilize people and share knowledge and resources across
continents and oceans? What remains a 'fact of life'?
