You talk directly to the air cargo department of the airline that
you want to ship with. Pick an airline that flies directly from
and to the closest airports. In principle every airline can do
it. Swiss, United and Lufthansa would be your obvious choices.

If there is stuff in there that can break or is valuable I would
strongly advise to insure. Although the airlines (according to
Warsaw treaty) claim they cover you for X dollars per kg, this
provision is null and void if the carrier goes bankrupt (ie
Swissair and soon United). Swissair still owes me some 6000 CHF
in damage...
That said, you may need to pack your stuff really with air cargo
handlers IQ in mind...

The procedure is that you call up, fix a date and flight about 2
weeks ahead. Deliver the goods to them (packaged!) and then you
pick it up at the destination. You may have to check it through
customs and it is quite fun and no problem to do that yourself.

BTW, UPS and FedEx would do it as well.
