I am looking urgently for a startup company based in Ticino active in
integrated circuits a sales and marketing director worldwide with an
international experience (Europe, USA, Asia, at least 2 of them) of 10
years in sales. Salary is interesting, position based in Ticino,
travelling 50%, here are the details:
Building a successful Sales & Marketing team, within a multicultural and
international company, and developing channels to market.
Build and develop sales according to the company’s budget
* Develop and implement a Sales and Marketing strategy;
* Recruit and develop a world wide sales and marketing team to deliver
the strategy;
* Develop and implement distribution channel and representatives;
* Manage and develop sales pipeline and related indicators;
* Building and develop customer relation ships and sales according to
budget;
* Link between customer and R&D;
* Qualify leads/close deals.
Science based education
* Min. 10 years industrial experience within Sales and Account
Management;
* Preferably within mobile phones / telecom / components /
semiconductor industry;
* Proven Sales and Marketing Management experience;
* Proven in meeting aggressive sales targets.
* Leader & team player in a dynamic multicultural environment;
* Manager capable of contributing to total business objectives;
* Committed to company goals and to succeed personally to move company
forward;
* Ambitious high achiever.
