For very useful information on calling rates across the carriers present in
Switzerland.

Specifically:
   for the US: http://www.allo.ch/fr/inter/usa.php
   for Argentina: http://www.allo.ch/fr/inter/argentine.php

So, you can call the US for about CHF 0.08/min and Argentina for about CHF
0.30/min.
