FYI - I thought I would post this information straight to the list. It was

WHO CAN BENEFIT ?
reBRAIN grants are aimed at the best qualified job-seekers at an early
stage of their careers. If you are an experienced researcher with
considerable innovative abilities, currently work outside Europe and are
interested in returning to Switzerland, these grants may help you paying
the travel costs to Switzerland for job interviews.
------------------------------------

GENERAL CRITERIA
Applicants must be able to demonstrate their innovative talents and on this
basis their suitability for reBrain promotion. As scientific quality is an
important criterion for this type of promotion, the final purpose of which
is knowledge transfer, applicants should:
- as a rule be at post-doctoral level with at least two years research
experience abroad, of which preferably one was financed by the host country
- be able to submit articles published independently in respected journals
- be employed in a laboratory or research institute, i.e. he or she must be
an academic at the time of the reBrain promotion request
- not be older than 35 at the time when they are likely to begin their
return journey.
------------------------------------

SPECIFIC CRITERIA
- Submission of at least two invitations to job interviews
- Candidates must hold a lecture on their area of specialisation (transfer
of specialist knowledge) and a lecture on experiences made abroad (transfer
of know-how on foreign practices) at their former institutes and/or at the
prospective institutes in Switzerland
- Submission of a brief results report on financed activities.
------------------------------------
