Just an update for NJ. The Central Jersey Blood Center is still accepting
blood from Europeans (w/o England) (http://www.cjbcblood.org/). They told
me that new guidelines are due this fall (but no word whether they will
still accept my blood under the new rules).
I'll keep you updated.
