That right. He can claim full Swiss citizenship in any country, except
the US. In the US, he will not be able to benefit from some advantages
that other Swiss citizens can, e.g., tax treaty (since this subject seems
to come often :-), consular help, etc. (Think about this if you are
considering naturalization ...)
