I wont' claim that I like it but I think there is little you can
do about it because it's plainly what the law is: swiss cititzen
abroad have to pay the military tax for their first 3 years abroad
and not any more after that. That's bad luck for me since I am here
in the US for my third year and I am going back to Switzerland this
year (and will keep pay military taxes there because I am too
blind to go the army :).
Of course if you're not planning to ever return to live in Switzerland,
you may just try to ignore it, I don't think they'll extradite you for
that;) But you'll for sure get in trouble as soon as you come back.
