The Job description :
Country-President will have a function of coordination which will make of
him the privileged interlocutor of the highest authorities of the country,

Charged with representing the Group, it has as a role to take an active part
with development of the order book of Divisions, without being directly
operational on the execution of the missions. It will be, moreover, asked

The Candidate :
Justifying of a formation such as MBA or Large School (HEC, Polytechnic,
ESSEC.) or equivalent foreign Diplomas, the candidate is approximately 40
years old (even more according to his experiment and competences) and has
one great experiment of work in an international and multicultural
environment.
A very good comprehension of the organization of Divisions through strategic
orientations which are the their thus to a perfect knowledge of the Group’s
intervention fields and its strategy at the local level will be as much
successful elements in this job.
Knowing to make proof analyses and synthesis spirit (vision), reagent,
reliable, rigorous and organized, the candidate is recognized for his
coolness, its maturity, its charisma and its good manners in a
multicultural environment. He usually speaks French, English and Arabic is
its mother tongue.

The Contract of employment, incomes, compensations and welfare benefits will
be fixed according to the profile of the candidate.
