Cornelia, you can do the translation yourself. And have another person
(a friend) who speaks/reads the original language sign that the
translation is correct. Importantly, he/she has to sign in front of a
notary. Universities usually have such a notary `person' in the
Dean's offices. There are no charges for the whole process.
