swiss-list: Swissair ticket refunds

Our travel agent called us on Monday and said that Swissair is giving refunds
for tickets of flights that are/will be cancelled. I don't know the details,
but we sent our December tickets from SFO to ZRH to them and should be
getting the ticket price - $50 back.

Don't ask me, I don't know more about what has to be done exactly.
