Hi Daniel,

If you read my thread last week, you know that I am in exactly the
same situation, not knowing what to do with my Christmas ticket.
I just want to point you to what I read this morning in the
Swissair October 9th press release:

"... The question of whether Swissair tickets will be valid on
the network of the new company after October 28 is currently
being discussed. "

you can find the full text at www.swissair.com (press releases).
This means at least that Crossair has not excluded yet to actually
honor our tickets. If that's the case, we may get a ticket even
if the new company does not fly to SFO, since it has partners that
do. I am assuming it will stay partner with American Airlines for
example. So at least I have decided to wait a bit more before buying
another ticket.
