Hi,

my wife had booked and paid Economy Swissair tickets for Oct26 from Zurich
to San Francisco. This morning she was calling the agency (Globetrotter) to
ask if she could rebook to another airline. To her own surprise it was no
problem at all (she flies now Lufthansa). As long as the tickets are not
PRINTED yet, the money is still in reach of the travel-agency. Some agencies
apparently transfer the money only on the departure date written on the
ticket. So if you don't have the ticket in your hand yet, call your agent to
find out. For those, who booked directly with Swissair, the money is part of
the "Konkursmasse" and probably lost.

Maybe this information helps. The situation is disastrous!
Cheers
Christian
