I have cable TV in my residence in Wengen. Those cable folks also offer a
modem hookup for about $35 per month to offer cable data speed. They also
offer a local number dial-up for 56k. Bottom line I think cable is more
prevelant than xDSL--at least in the remote locations. Geneva, obviously
not remote, might have better xDSL access.

Do any of you have experience with Swisscom DSL?

I'm moving to Geneva in the fall, and am wondering how easy it
will be to get a good fast connection set up at my apartment.
