Hi,

What's a company stock option capital gain tax in Switzerland?. Is it
treated as regular income or as an investment like buying on the open
market? is there a short term long term rule like in the US?

Is it possible to move or transfer to Switzerland and sell the vested
options without having to pay capital gain in the US?

Does anybody know where can I find answers to basic investment problems?
