Hi all,

Thank you for those who took some time to answer to the survey questions on
brain drain. I join to this email the results of the survey so far (22
persons). You can still send me your feedback and I will update the results.

As you can see, two trends can be observed:

1) The main asset of swiss-listers is clearly the exposure to new economy.
Being the "brain" as well as having an entrepreneur spirit may also be an
asset but it is clearly not the most charasteristic.

2) You tend to prefer actions aiming at improving direct contact. The use of
scholarships to help to return are not the most favoured option.

I also received numerous propositions, remarks from some of you. I will
cut&paste the text and put them on a 2 pages word file. I will keep that
anonymous. If you sent me some remarks you would like NOT them to be in this
document, please let me know by thursday and I will remove your text.

Best regards,

Laurent M.
