Thanks to Markus. Looks like we re-started the traditional swiss-list phone
rate contest. First price is again one year FREE subscription to the
swiss-list ;-)

Here my entry:

If you make calls of less than 33 minutes (or don't have $250 at hand), you
are better off with the service I've been successfully using for a few
month (it was first mentioned on the Swiss-list by T+F GOZZO STOLL). There
was one weekend where I could not get through to Switzerland with this
service but other than that it worked fine.

You dial 1010653 011 41 etc

15c/min, the only catch is a 3 min minimum for each call (eg you get an
answering machine, you will be charged -.45). No setup fee, no monthly
minimum, even no sign up. You will be billed by Integretel on your Pacific
Bell phone bill.
