Hello everybody,
                The consulate sent me the instructions refering
to the 99 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV-99) or green card
lottery. I also have (as a computer file) a PS file made out of
the web page about DV-99 that has been mentionned some time ago
by Hansjurg. The instructions I received through the consulate and
the PS file differ slightly. There is no difference in the meaning,
the same information is presented in a slightly different way.
Anybody interested in one of these 2 documents is welcome to ask
me. As a reminder, the DV-99 application registration runs from
October 24 (this Friday) to November 24.
