The Consulate General of Switzerland in San Francisco
is offering the following positions:
1. Assistant to the Consul General
(50%, every day per week)
Your responsibilities will include time and calendar management; travel
arrangements; planning, organizing meetings & events and protocol
matters.
2. Consular officer / visa
(60%, every day per week. This job could become
a full time position)
Your main task will consist in dealing with visa matters, other tasks
include consular matters related to Swiss citizens (registering Swiss
citizens, issuance of passports, etc.)
Requirements / skills
Friendly and outgoing personality, highly organized, team player
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Experience as assistant and/or administrative employee
Excellent command of the English and the German or the French language
Command of basic PC programs
Able to focus, multitask and work under pressure
Must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident
