Join us for the Swiss American Business Forum where James Bridgeman, J.D. will discuss international estate planning for the individual. The topics will include: What are we planning for? What will happen if we don’t plan, have a will alone, or some combination of a trust, will or an advanced healthcare directive? What happens if you inherit from your Swiss parents? What is the effect of these U.S. instruments on Swiss and/or European planning? In addition, he will discuss how to provide for dependents, and general tax aspects of estate planning.
  
Mr. Bridgemen is a partner in Aspelin & Bridgeman, LLP which practices law in the areas of international litigation, business representation and consultation, contracts, personal injury, probate, and general practice.
