Hi all,
[sorry for the late notice, I had some problems posting....hope you can
make it]
We ended up having only the August 1 bonfire this year. So, I thought
before the rainy season starts, we will get together for a beach picnic
in Aptos, at the Seacliff State Beach on Sunday October 7 2007 starting
at noon.
You, the beach, and whatever food, fun and friends you bring along....
you get the idea. This is very informal.
We will be set up on the beach north of the pier with the concrete
ship, so you will want to veer right after you pay the park entrance
fee and stay to the right to make sure you go to the right area. I
expect we will be set up between the concrete boat/pier and the big
building north with the restrooms. Watch for some Swiss flags.
It is kind of late in the season and the weather could be bad. If you
would like to receive an update on Sunday morning, reply to this email
or check http://www.Swiss-List.com/social after 9 am on Sunday to see
if we will go. The current forecast looks decent for the weekend....
but it is quite far away.
