We invite you to join us for our regular Swiss Business Forum / Stammtisch, as always on the second Thursday of the month, which is tonight.
Our speaker will be Jurgen Auerbach, former CFO of Ghiradelli Chocolate, who will discuss the Business of Premium Food from an investor/entrepreneurial perspective. Jurgen is an engaging speaker with quite a following among the Stammtisch attendees. The last time he spoke on the subject of premium chocolate, over 80 people were in attendance! There will be chocolate served at this event also!

Speaker information
Until July 2006, Mr. Auerbach served as Chief Financial Officer for Ghiradelli Chocolate Company, a leading US premium chocolate manufacturer and marketer. During his six year tenure at Ghiradelli, Mr. Auerbach was involved first in orchestrating a turnaround of the company and then leading it to an unbroken revenue and EBIDTA growth, taking the company to over $200 Million in revenue. He was involved with all operational aspects of the company, including, for a time, being directly responsible for all supply chain functions. Mr. Auerbach previously headed Corporate Controlling for the Lindt & Spr¨µngli Group, the leading global premium chocolate manufacturer with revenues of $2 Billion. dianarenee: Mr. AuerbachˇŻs diverse background includes being founder and for 9 years president of a bus operator in Switzerland, advising US companies on doing business in Europe, bringing two US companies successfully to market in Switzerland and Germany, and running a discount furniture business. He serves on the board of Pyramid Breweries (NASDAQ: PMID), and is current and past member on the board of several not-for-profit organizations.
