Please join the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce Business Stammtisch for relaxed mingling and exchange of ideas, every 2nd Thursday of the month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at swissnex.
Zuzana Goldstein, a specialist in immigration law, will discuss Hot Topics in Immigration. She will cover new H1B petitions and the importance of timing; immigration options for investors and entrepreneurs; the upcoming increase in government filing fees; the clearing of the labor certification backlog at the Department of Labor; and home based businesses and the possibility of inadvertent unauthorized employment.
Appetizers, refreshments, and chocolate will be served by the Chamber. An optional no host dinner follows at a local restaurant.
We thank Syndi Seid, of Advanced Etiquette,who led a lively discussion on International Etiquette last month, and to Fred Christen of Nespresso who poured delicious espresso drinks for all.
