TUESDAY OCTOBER 4, 2005, 6-9.30pm

swissnex invites you to an evening discussion and cocktail reception
around a hotly debated topic: Content Delivery and Digital Rights
Management (DRM).

Two guest speakers from Switzerland, including the founder and CEO of
Secure Digital Container – a market leader in DRM – will give you a
glimpse of the innovative Swiss market in this field. This introduction
follows a panel discussion with US and Swiss specialists about legal
content delivery from a point of view encompassing how protection
technology and standard formats contribute to an ultimate goal: to
provide a healthy ecosystem for the mass market consumer to share his
knowledge, ideas, thoughts, humor, music, words and art – all made
possible through the Internet.

Philippe Monod (pastels)
With pastels from his series "Light of Ashes", "Earth Oeuvre",
"Feelings of Contemplation", and "Sensationnism", Philippe Monod
expresses his observations, in an intimate diary-like way, of the
hidden signs in nature - a secret part of the enigma of life. At
swissnex, he will show 26 sometimes large size pastels, after having
exhibited in Switzerland, Brussels, Paris, and New York. He lives near
Lausanne, Switzerland.

Catherine Bolle (sculptures with acrylic glass and mixed media)
Catherine Bolle will present "Osmosis of Semiotics - Between Art and
Science", three major works of engraved acrylic glass and mixed media.
Her oeuvre includes photographies, prints, architectural pieces, and
has been exhibited in Switzerland, Costa Rica, Lituania, Israel and
Russia. At the swissnex exhibition, Catherine Bolle presents three
works, all created within the last five years. She studied applied
physics and chemistry, and lives in Lausanne, Switzerland.
