You are invited to attend the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce's
Stammtisch--a Business Forum at 5:30 pm on Thursday, the 8th of April at
swissnex, 730 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111,
Walter Baechtiger, of Point-X, will address branch management issues for
both large and small companies, including:
- The most common branch management errors and how to avoid them
- Information requirements when opening, merging,
or closing branches or stores
- The affects of adding or changing physical locations
This exciting presentation will convey branch strategy and branch
management solutions for your business. Point-X is an innovative
software technology for simulating real issues and concerns faced by
managing multiple branch or store locations. You'll witness a
true-to-life demonstration of Point-X software as it fully simulates
multiple branch networks.
For over 5 years, Walter Baechtiger has been responsible for the
successful implementation of branch strategies for a large Swiss retail
bank. Point-X was founded as a result of the increased demand for
practical and realistic solutions to branch management issues. For more
