They have Vacherin (mostly in the winter), and I think they have other raw
cheeses.

You might also try to call The Swiss Connection in Wisconsin which
apparently sell raw milk cow cheeses, 812-939-2813 or e-mail
ayegerl_at_ccrtc.com.
