Dear Colleagues,
Please join me for the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce's Stammtisch, the
Business Network Meeting for March. We meet at 5:30 pm on Thursday, March
6th at Schroeders at 240 Front Street in San Francisco.
This Stammtisch will be structured as a networking forum. This is a great
time to make your offer in the marketplace known within the Swiss-American
Business Community.
The format:
5:30pm - 5:50pm
Sign in at the front of the room, pick up nametags, place business cards on
the display table, and participate in pre-event conversation. The display
table is only for business cards to be displayed and distributed. Please do
not place flyers or any other marketing materials here.
5:50pm
Introduction to the evening by yours truly, Andreas Glocker. I will also
announce the order of the presenters over the course of the next hour.
6:00 pm - approximately 7:00pm
Pre-qualified participants will have 3 minutes each to introduce themselves,
their company and their offer in the marketplace to the room. Other
participants will follow in order of their rsvps' receipt.
Approximately 7:00pm onwards
Open networking and dinner at your own expense for those who wish to stay
on.
Note that throughout the evening, you may order drinks and appetizers
through the waiter at your own expense.
To participate
Pre-qualified participants are those who are active members of the Chamber
($50 to be a Friend of the Chamber; $350 for a Corporate Membership; and
$650 for a Sustaining Membership. For information on joining the

For this event, we will also keep a secondary list of participants who are
not active members of the Chamber, in the event that there is time within
the first hour to allow for more introductions.
Participants, in each of the two categories, will present in the order that
their rsvp was received, so do act quickly to ensure your place and reply to
stammtisch_at_fastmetrics.com <mailto:stammtisch_at_fastmetrics.com> no later than
March 1st. If you intend to join the Chamber, please be sure that the
Chamber receives your payment prior to March 2nd. In your rsvp, please
include your name, title and company, as well as your status with the
Chamber.
The next Stammtisch is April 3rd when Robert Edgell, Executive Director of
the Executive MBA in Media and Communication at the University of St.
Gallen, will present an overview of this exciting post-graduate degree
program. This unique MBA combines Swiss-European and American business
education styles and encourages cross-cultural learning.
