Torta di Frutta della Nonna (Apple Coffee Cake)

A favorite one and guaranteed to impress all your friends worldwide.

2 whole eggs
200gr sugar (2/3 cups)
depending on fruit add one tee spoon of lemon peel, vanilla or cinamon (apple: vanilla and cinamon, cherry:bitter almond oil, apricot/peach with appricot or peach brandy, ...)
0.5dl milk (6 tbsp)
250gr unbleached white flour (1.5 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
100-150gr Butter (1 - 1+1/2 stick) melted
ca. 700gr (1.5 pound) chopped fresh fruit (apple, cherry, peach, blueberry, ...)

Cream egg, sugar and flavouring with a wisk. Add fruit, mix, fold in sifted flour with baking powder. Bak in a spring form at 150 degree celius (350 degree fahrenheit) for 80 minutes.
