BioE2E presents a hands-on workshop focusing on term sheets, finance
negotiation, and closing an early financing round. We review common
terms found on most terms sheets and discuss the ways those terms can
favor the investor, the entrepreneur, or lie on neutral ground. The
discussion will include common pitfalls and misunderstandings regarding
term sheets and early financing negotiation.
