I think the best way is to write a letter that we can distribute to our
employers (since they certainly are not happy to see their employees
stuck that long outside) and cc to the Swiss Embassy and the agency
formerly known as INS.

Although I would leave the part about "being Swiss not being terrorist"
out. This is not something that I would find a productive argument.
