Esther-

Unless it changed dramatically in the last year, it is too late for you.
The time delay between the phone call to arrange an appointment
and the actual date you go to the embassy in Bern is about 2 months,
or at least it was last year (phoned early May to go to the embassy
around end of June). At the embassy it goes within a day unless they
run into checks/problems, etc.
