Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to a very special SACC Business Forum on February 12,
2004 from 5:30pm - 8:00 pm at swissnex, 730 Montgomery Street, San
Francisco, CA 9411, http://www.swissnex.org/connect.html. This event
will address concerns of business owners, executives, managers,
salespeople and individual performers to strategically exploit the
current rapid change and economic expansion so that they can produce
more powerful organizations and competitive advantages needed to
outperform 99% of the marketplace.

Toby Hecht, CEO of The Aji Network, will lead the event. The Aji Network
offers courses and programs such as The Business Professional's Course
that help ambitious businesspeople produce significant income,
capital-at-work and enterprise value for their businesses in the top 1%
of the marketplace. To find out more about The Aji Network, please
visit their website at www.theajinetwork.com. Currently, four of our
Chamber members study with The Aji Network, including myself.

During the evening, Mr. Hecht will speak about how businesspeople who
use their common sense actually reduce the likelihood of performing in
the top 1%. That is, the very thinking people often value most is the
very thing that thwarts their capacity to act powerfully and
competitively. He will show what it means and how to use uncommon sense
and uncommon knowledge to increase income, capital-at-work for
retirement, and a business' enterprise value. He will show attendees
skills for accumulating power and producing competitive advantage during
rapid change and in an economic expansion to set up future opportunities
when the economy inevitably contracts. He will also show how those who
lack uncommon knowledge, ambition and a long-term view of their career
and businesses will set themselves up for failure.

Changing technology and expanding economic conditions favor people and
businesses that learn to design new offers, practices, identities and
organizations. The mechanics of change and economic expansion defeat
people and businesses that do not innovate and lead by making their
offers, practices, common sense and current opportunities obsolete.

Mr. Hecht will introduce practical ways of leading, constituting a
business, managing and selling during times of technological change and
economic expansion. Participants will see how these conversations can
increase their capacity to generate income, enterprise value,
capital-at-work, time for family, and peace of mind about the future.

Mr. Hecht will speak about common sense and commonly shared knowledge
leading to a variety of "symptoms" and "compromises" he calls a "chronic
lack of power". These symptoms include too little income; too little
capital-at-work to support one's retirement; being too busy; having to
prioritize commitments; being forced "to put out fires"; not having
enough energy; and not having enough free time for raising a family and
play.

At the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to learn about
The Business Professional's Course (The BPC) and other educational
programs offered by The Aji Network. Participants in The BPC who
receive incentive based compensation increase their incomes on average
77%, producing a 79% annual rate of return - twice the return produced
by the top 30 MBA programs in the U.S.

For this special event, please RSVP as soon as possible but no later
than February 2nd, by emailing me at stammtisch_at_fastmetrics.com as we
expect to reach capacity for this event. Doors open at 5:30pm and the
presentation will begin at 6pm and run until about 7:30. Soft drinks
will be served before the presentation and the bar will reopen at 7:30
with beer and wine. Many attendees then choose to meet for dinner at
many of the local restaurants. For parking and directions, see
http://www.swissnex.org/connect.html. Entrance fees are $5.00 for
Chamber Members and $10.00 for all others.

Please come to this special evening ready to hear some new distinctions
for thinking and acting in our rapidly changing marketplace and
expanding economy. I think you will find the conversation and
opportunity rich and rewarding.

Sincerely,

Andreas Glocker
