Hi all,

My living-partner is living here on a B2 visa (valid for 6 month) and
would like to take a full-time language course for 2 month here in Santa
Cruz. But, she can only be admitted to the school on a F1 student visa.
- Does anybody of you guys know, if you need to leave the US and apply
outside for a F1 visa, or if it is sufficient to go to the local INS and
upgrade it there?

Advice is appreciated!
