Hi Vuko,
before I moved to the US, I was using TELE2. I just checked,
and it's still pretty good: CHF 0.07/minute to the US
(see http://www.tele2.ch/ger/tarif.html).
So your 3 hour conference is still CHF 12.60, but I don't think
it gets any better than this...
