yes, chapter 11, that's what they wrote in the newspapers yesterday,
apparantly SR filed for it as well in the US these days.
as to the tickets: in europe there are several airlines, i think most of
them european, that accept SR tickets as part of the paiment for new tickets.
maybe you find something on the net or via a travel agency. good luck.
