Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody had recently gotten their permanent
residency through consular processing in Berne. If so, how long did
it take from from the day your visa petition (I-140) was approved
till you were asked to show up for the interview at the embassy? As a
generic response, INS lawyers typically give 6-8 months. Is that
correct for the embassy in Berne as well?
